By using SoloBlocks.io you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. The service
SoloBlocks.io tracks Bitcoin blocks found by solo miners and offers related tools: pool luck rankings, a solo mining calculator, block alert emails and information about the Kratos mining monitor. It is free and needs no account. We may change, pause or remove features at any time.
3. Not financial advice
Everything on SoloBlocks.io is general information. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy mining hardware, mine Bitcoin or use a particular pool.
Solo mining is a game of chance. Most solo miners never find a block, and the result of any period of mining can be far from the average. Odds, expected times, luck scores, profit and electricity figures are estimates based on current network data and your own inputs; they change all the time and don't predict what will happen. Bitcoin's price is volatile. Decide for yourself and only spend what you can afford to lose.
4. Where the data comes from, and how accurate it is
Block data comes from the public Bitcoin blockchain through mempool.space. Pool statistics come from the pools' public pages and interfaces, prices from mempool.space and CoinGecko, and app versions from the App Store and Google Play. Which pool found a block, a miner's hashrate, device type and luck are our own estimates.
We work to keep the data correct, but it can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and the site may sometimes be unavailable. We don't guarantee accuracy or availability. If you spot a mistake, please tell us.
5. Our link to Mineshop.eu
SoloBlocks.io is run by Mineshop.eu, which sells Bitcoin mining hardware, runs Mineshop Solo Pool and makes the Kratos app. Links to mineshop.eu lead to our own shop. Mineshop Solo Pool is marked as our pool in Pool Rankings, and its luck is calculated with the same formula as every other pool. Purchases on mineshop.eu are covered by the Mineshop.eu Terms & Conditions.
6. Using the site fairly
You may use SoloBlocks.io for personal and business purposes. Please don't:
- try to break, overload or get around the security of the site;
- scrape it heavily or ignore robots.txt (light, automated access is fine);
- sign up other people for alerts without their permission;
- present our data as if it were your own, or suggest that we endorse you.
7. Sharing our data and images
You are welcome to share links, screenshots and the block share cards. If you publish our data or charts elsewhere, please credit SoloBlocks.io with a link to the page you used.
8. Intellectual property
The SoloBlocks.io name and logo, the site design, texts, images and code belong to Mining Hardware Limited. Blockchain data itself is public. Names of devices, pools and companies (for example Bitaxe, NerdQAxe, Avalon, CKPool or Braiins) belong to their owners; mentioning them doesn't mean they endorse or are connected with us.
9. Email alerts
Block alerts are free. You can unsubscribe with one click from any alert email. Alerts depend on our data and on email delivery, so they can arrive late or not at all, and we may stop the service. How we handle your email address is explained in the Privacy Policy.
10. Links to other websites
We link to block explorers, mining pools, app stores and other sites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
11. Liability
The site is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using, or not being able to use, SoloBlocks.io or its data. That includes decisions to buy hardware, run miners, pay for electricity or choose a pool. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and can bring a claim in your local courts.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, which applies from the moment it is published here. Questions? Email [email protected].
